He is a graduate of the Indian Institute of Technology in Kanpur where he studied electrical engineering. After graduating, he worked for a small company in Delhi making tachometers, where he realized that advances in processes could revolutionize a business; from there he went onto develop e-commerce platforms, combining his passion for technology with a natural acumen for business.
Tej believes in the importance of collaboration between businesses and looks to form strategic business partnerships where both sides are adding value. He credits much of his success to these successful collaboration efforts.
In 2005 Wendy and Tej Kohli founded the Tej Kohli Foundation to share his success with those who are less fortunate. The Foundation was set up as an autonomous, non-profit organisation with the initial goal of helping disadvantaged children break free from poverty with an emphasis on matching the youth of today with the technology of tomorrow.

Richard Howarth is the founder of African Private Office, which offers financial solutions to private individuals, businesses and professional firms.
Richard began his career at Barclays on the shop floor, soon progressing onto the Management Development Programme. In the early 1990's Richard was appointed to head the Corporate Business at Barclays' Northumberland Avenue International Branch. He moved to Barclays International Private Bank in 1996 and became a regular traveller to Africa, finishing his time at Barclays as Head of their African Private Banking business. In 2009 Richard moved to Standard Chartered to establish their Private Banking team for Africa.
Richard has strong connections throughout the financial services industry. He is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Financial Services and holds their Financial Studies Diploma qualification.
Before becoming an independent advisor in January 2012, Reinout F. Van Lennep was Managing Director at ABN AMRO Bank, responsible for its global international private banking business. Following this he spent 7 years as senior banker to ultra-high net worth families in western and eastern Europe, Asia and Latin America. Prior to that he spent 11 years at JP Morgan working in both Amsterdam and London.
Mr Van Lennep studied at the University of Leiden in the Netherlands where he obtained his masters degree in Law. He then went in to study Russian in the Dutch Military Intelligence.
Mr Van Lennep currently serves on a number of corporate and family foundation boards in Europe and Asia and advises families in not only those regions, but also in Argentina and the US.
Anthony is an accomplished senior executive with an extensive career which includes senior and board positions in a range of businesses from start-ups through to global corporations.
He has multi-sector experience with particularly deep expertise in medical and technology markets and has worked extensively with both B2B providers and the investment community for transaction support. He specialises in helping businesses to assess, plan and execute turn-arounds and transformations to drive growth and realize competitive advantage.
His career started nearly 30 years ago following post graduate qualifications in medicine. He then developed a career in technology through time spent working at IBM and CSC on services outsourcing before taking on board level positions with a number of companies, including following private equity funding, to stabilise, develop and drive growth plans. This also provided him with direct and valuable acquisition and divestment experience.
He founded Korolit Ltd a successful management consultancy business in 2013 and is also a non-executive director for Reqiva Ltd an established fast growing UK recruitment business. He is also retained in an advisory capacity for several other businesses.
